Returns & Exchanges
At French Meadows, we want you to feel enchanting in your new garments. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original mailer.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the items are unwashed and have all original tags attached to ensure processing.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our studio inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
